WELCOME TO THE ConnPACE PROGRAM!


ConnPACE is a service that helps eligible senior citizens and people with disabilities afford the cost of most prescription medicines as well as insulin and insulin syringes.

If you are a Connecticut resident age 65 or older, or with a disability age 18 or older, you may qualify for ConnPACE.
